Ashley Hanna works for HP at the world-wide level as an ITSM Practice Principal within our Mission Critical Services organisation. His focus is anything and everything to do with Operational ITSM – helping our customers with the day-to-day challenges of running quality IT services.

Jeroen Bronkhorst is an ITIL V3 author who joined HP in 1997. For the past five years, he has been a global ITSM programme manager responsible for HP internal development, deployment and global support on sales and delivery of HP ITSM consulting services. In addition, he is a strategic advisor to the worldwide Service Management leadership team that spans across HP Software and HP Services.
