This easy-to-use HP Care Pack service offers enhanced hardware protection that is far more than “just insurance.” It provides convenient off-site pick-up and return or on-site service*. There is no deductible, no depreciation. And you enjoy prompt return of a working unit.
Service highlights include:
- Remote problem diagnosis and support — Local telephone and electronic support using HP remote support tools isolate your problem and help streamline resolution.
- Parts and materials — Includes all labor and HP-supported parts required to return your covered hardware in operating condition, or replacement of the device if it cannot be repaired.
- Coverage window — Service is available 8:00 am - 5:00 pm local time Monday through Friday (excluding HP holidays), or during standard business days and hours in the country where service is requested**.
PLEASE NOTE: Accidental Damage Protection is not a standalone service. It is designed to complement HP Care Pack hardware maintenance services including onsite services and Pick-up and Return Service, which are obtainable separately.
