Hardware and software maintenance services

HP Care Pack and onsite contractual services are available to upgrade your HP ProCurve warranty coverage with advanced replacement response times including next business day, 4-hour same day 24x7 and 6-hour call-to-repair.

HP software support offers 24x7 phone-in options from standard business hours to 24x7 — plus time-saving software updates.

HP Support Plus and Support Plus 24 packages deliver integrated hardware and software coverage.

HP ProCurve Environment Direct Access Service (EDAS)

HP ProCurve EDAS helps you improve network performance, reduce unplanned downtime and outages and obtain expert assistance for proactively managing your HP ProCurve environment.

This modular service covers all HP ProCurve products within your network infrastructure and provides:

  • Advanced technical support to complement industry-leading HP ProCurve warranty support
  • Direct access through a call center to 24x7 technical support from HP ProCurve ASE and MASE certified engineers
  • Worldwide coverage
  • Optional assignment of a remote Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as a primary point of contact for HP ProCurve technical support issues during regular local business hours
  • Optional renewal on an annual basis

EDAS service modules can be combined to meet your requirements for comprehensive coverage. And because EDAS is an environment-based service, there are no additional service costs when additional HP ProCurve products are added to your environment

Custom network lifecycle services

To address your unique network optimization needs, industry-certified HP professionals work closely with you throughout the network lifecycle from assessment, planning and design through implementation and integration, management and support.

* For as long as you own the product, with next-business-day advance replacement (available in most countries). The following hardware products and their related series modules have a one-year hardware warranty with extensions available: ProCurve Routing Switch 9300m series, ProCurve Switch 8100fl series, and ProCurve Network Access Controller 800. The following hardware mobility products have a one-year hardware warranty with extensions available: HP ProCurve M111 Client Bridge, HP ProCurve MSM3xx-R Access Points, HP ProCurve MSM7xx Mobility and Access Controllers, HP ProCurve RF Manager IDS/IPS Systems, HP ProCurve MSM Power Supplies, HP ProCurve 1 Port Power Injector, and HP ProCurve CNMS Appliances. Disk drives in the HP ProCurve ONE Services zl modules have a five year hardware warranty. Standalone software, upgrades, or licenses may have a different warranty duration.
