The following listings include HP-recommended software technical support services for open source middleware and database applications: JEMS, Symas CDS OpenLDAP and MySQL Enterprise.

Additional products and coverage options are available for contractual support. Subscriptions and HP support are purchased together, with 1-year entitlement. Contact your HP sales representative for more information.
