- Identifies new technology innovations
High Call Volume Award
The SSPA recognized HP for the quality of customer support delivered through its call centers. This award is given to companies that handle more than 10,000 requests per month for a wide array of products, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The STAR Awards are the only service and support industry award from a professional association dedicated to serving industry professionals. This is the first time one company has received two STAR Awards in a single year in the ten-year history of the awards.
