Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO)

EDS, an HP company, is a recognized global leader in ITO services. Today, we serve more than 1,000 clients in 80 countries through our global delivery system that includes 180 data centers. Clients rely on us to manage 4.5 million+ desktops, 300,000+ Instant Messaging seats and 4.2 million mailboxes, and that’s just for starters.

With 25 offshore Applications Services delivery centers around the world, EDS is the second largest global applications provider meeting the technology needs of the world’s most demanding companies.

Leveraging the combined strengths and resources of HP and EDS, clients benefit from EDS’ global delivery expertise, including onshore, nearshore and offshore resources; industry consulting and systems integration expertise; and one of the most comprehensive and mature Applications portfolio in the world, including:

We are the world’s third-largest check processor and third-party bank credit-card processor, and we administer 45 million credit card accounts and more than 5 billion merchant transactions annually in 18 countries.
