The heart of HP Mission Critical Security Service is a wide-ranging ITIL-based assessment designed to reveal potential security vulnerabilities and suggest priorities for improvement. Services vary with contract levels:

  • Security Quick Assessment (Proactive 24 and Critical Service contracts)  — an annual workshop covering practices, policies, people and infrastructure, with a summary of key findings and recommendations

  • Security Comprehensive Assessment (Mission Critical Partnership contracts) — a more in-depth assessment forms the basis for developing a Security Improvement Plan

Additional core features include: an assigned security consultant added to your account team to deliver the security-specific features of your support contract; multi-level vulnerability scans; ongoing security advice and assistance; a security awareness seminar; a Security Support Plan and planning review sessions; 24x7 customized critical security alerts; and remote security consulting.

  • Upgrade to Security Comprehensive Assessment (Proactive 24 or Critical Service contracts)
