The SSPA’s prestigious STAR Awards recognize technology companies that display exceptional leadership, innovation and commitment in both service excellence and in developing and implementing best practices.

The STAR Awards are considered to be one of the top honors in the service and support industry. Receiving a Star Award acknowledges that the HP Support Center delivers one of the best support experiences in the business. It also recognizes HP for our commitment to deliver outstanding technical support and service through HP Total Care.

HP has been awarded two Star Awards and also been inducted into the SSPA Hall of Fame for winning five awards since inception. HP is the only consumer support site to be inducted into the Hall of Fame.
