IT Shared Services

The Transformation Visioning Workshop provides your team with an introduction into the concept of IT Shared Services – as well as the implications and consequences of applying the IT Shared Service model to IT delivery. As part of the workshop, you will create:

• A value chain analysis to understand the implications of transformation to an IT Shared Service model
• A first-pass identification of the services that could be provided through an IT Shared Service model, including a definition and overview of the attributes and operational implications of delivering that IT functionality as a shared service
• An overview of the main focus areas required to transform your existing IT department into an IT Shared Service Center
