- Service planning - An HP Services specialist works with you to collect the information needed to plan deployment of HP FMA software and document the proposed configuration and the environment in which it will be implemented.
- Service deployment - The HP Services specialist:
- Finalizes your installation plan and software configuration
- Documents all configuration details
- Implements the documented and agreed-upon HP FMA installation and configuration
