Rates are subject to change at any time.

* HP Services US solution center will credit per event non-contract customers who purchase a software support contract within thirty days of initiating a per event service request as follows:

  • For pay per call customers paying a non-contract access fee for per event support on HP-UX, HP MPE/iX, HP PASCAL, HP MPENET, HP UXNET, Tru64 UNIX, OpenVMS and VMS: the cost of one paid non-contract access fee

Payment options

Charges expected to be $500 or less must be paid using an authorized credit card.

Charges expected to be more than $500 may be invoiced using:

  1. Purchase order
  2. Letter of authorization
  3. Completed statement of work (purchase order, signature, or credit card required)
  4. Complete HP ValuPack Consulting description (purchase order, signature, or credit card required)

Please note:

  • Per event support, consulting, or HP ValuPacks may be invoiced based on the delivery of milestones.

  • Credit card orders do not include an invoice.

  • Access the HP Solutions Center per event rate table (pdf).

  • Using a credit card to purchase per event services can expedite service delivery.
