Project management - Solution development and delivery activities are overseen by an experienced HP project manager who serves as your primary point of contact and responsibility for all service activities.
Pre-installation planning - HP Services professionals assess your site and IT infrastructure to determine that prerequisite specifications are met. Your HP project manager then develops a detailed project plan spelling out all deliverables and completion timelines.
Solution deployment - Your HP Services team installs and configures CCI solution components, including client devices, server racks, PC blade servers, blade enclosures, switches, ProLiant Essentials Rapid Deployment Pack software, and load balancing software. Your end-users are seamlessly migrated to the CCI environment. Depending on your particular needs, services may also include deployment of images to blades, Active Directory configuration, integration of storage network connectivity, and migration of end-user and data center data to a SAN or NAS environment.
