| Obtain reliable remote support for diverse systems and devices across your data center environment. HP ISEE is offered in two configurations, Standard and Advanced, designed to address the needs of various support levels and services.
Both configurations support the following operating-system platforms:
- HP ProLiant BL, ML, DL, CL, or TaskSmart N series servers running Windows 2000 Server or Advanced Server; Windows Server 2003*; Novell NetWare; United Linux 1.0; SUSE Linux; Red Hat Linux; or VMware ESX Server
- HP Integrity servers and Superdome running HP-UX, OpenVMS, Microsoft Windows Server 2003*, or Red Hat Linux for Itanium-based HP systems
- HP 9000 servers and Superdome running HP-UX
- HP NonStop S-series and NS-series servers
- HP AlphaServer servers running Tru64 UNIX or OpenVMS
- HP legacy VAX systems
- HP Netservers running Windows 2000 Server or Advanced Server, Windows Server 2003*, or Red Hat Linux 7.1 or 7.2
- IBM iSeries running OS/400 5.x and IBM pSeries running AIX 4.3-5.2*
- Sun Netra, Starfire, Sun Fire, Ultra, and Ultra Enterprise servers running Solaris 2.6, 2.7, 8, and 9*
Storage devices supported by both configurations include:
- HP StorageWorks Virtual Arrays
- HP StorageWorks Enterprise Virtual Arrays
- HP Modular Smart Arrays
- HP StorageWorks ProLiant Storage Servers (formerly Network Attached Storage [NAS] Servers)
- HP StorageWorks XP Arrays
In addition, ISEE supports most network interconnect devices, including switches, hubs, bridges, and routers that support SNMP, DMI, or WMI protocols (Advanced Configuration only).
