Complimentary telephone support from an HP Services specialist guides you through the installation process. If problems cannot be resolved over the phone, we'll dispatch a service specialist to your site. Deliverables include installation and configuration of PRS on the system designated as your Customer Service Gateway and on up to 5 managed systems, as well as orientation on the functionality of the PRS user interface.
