PRS is available at no extra charge for properly equipped and supported HP ProLiant servers, HP AlphaServer systems, and HP StorageWorks systems in Microsoft Windows NT/2000, OpenVMS, Tru64 Unix, IBM AIX, HP-UX, Novell NetWare, Red Hat Linux, SuSE Linux, SGI IRIX, and Sun Solaris environments.

HP Analyze for Windows NT/Windows 2000 provides symptom-directed fault management, error event analysis, and translation for StorageWorks hardware. HP Management Agents, often already installed on ProLiant servers, gather data on key system parameters and forward alerts to your centralized management server with Insight Manager 7 software. Insight Manager 7 monitors your environment for problem alerts and forwards service-related events to HP Intelligent Services Link, a secure, reliable Internet connection to HP for notification, diagnosis, and resolution of system problems.
