Remote problem diagnosis - HP Services works with you to isolate hardware problems and help with hardware installation, configuration, setup, problem resolution, and operation. Prior to any Onsite assistance, HP Services experts may perform remote diagnostics using electronic support tools to facilitate problem resolution.
Onsite hardware support - For critical issues that cannot be resolved remotely, an HP-certified Customer Engineer is sent to your site to return your covered hardware to operational condition, repairing or replacing components or entire units as necessary. Your coverage includes all required parts and materials.
Standard business hours coverage - Service is available 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, or during the standard business hours and days of the country where service is required.
Next business day response - An authorized HP Services representative arrives at your site to begin service the next day after your call has been logged and for which you have a contracted coverage window.
