HP Office Recovery Centers located around the world can help you streamline resumption of normal office-related business processes following a disaster. These facilities include up to a thousand desks equipped with PCs, phones, and a server room. They offer full telephone switch and communications capabilities including PABX/ACD, ISDN, and other networking connections.

Deploying your staff at an Office Recovery Center enables you to maintain essential services, financial control, and the confidence of your business partners and investors. Most important of all, your customers need never know that a serious problem has occurred.

Service features include:

• Use of Recovery Center for 42 to 84 days following invocation.
• Disaster rehearsals with expert onsite technical assistance.
• Use of Recovery Center facilities including meeting rooms, fax, copy service, food service, secretarial assistance*, and shipping/receiving.*
• Security safeguards including 365x24 central security, assigned facility coordinator, personal access codes*, and private work areas.
