When it comes to your mission-critical business processes, you can't afford days of downtime. Fortunately, with our Business Recovery Critical Service option for your datacenter, you can readily afford the rapid-response recovery capabilities these processes demand.
HP Services leverage unique methodologies, value-added software, and specially trained personnel to commission your recovery hardware, load your operating system, and configure your disk volumes at an HP Recovery Center within 7 hours of disaster declaration. End-user applications connectivity will normally be restored within 8 to 24 hours of disaster declaration, depending on data volumes, tape speed, and customer expertise. In addition, HP Services specialists are available to assist your people with tasks such as application and data loading.
