HP Services skilled network consultants provide planning, configuration, installation, operational assistance, and technical support to conduct a 60-day evaluation of your IP Telephony Pilot solution. An overlay to your existing telephony and computing infrastructure, the pilot can be implemented without disrupting any of these systems.

HP IP Telephony Pilot Service may include, for example:

  • Equipment and support for up to 20 users at one site and 10 users at another
  • IP telephones that include dialing, call display, call transfer, call waiting, speakerphone, and directory service
  • Media convergence server
  • Call processing software
