Detail your design work plan.

Once you have defined the scope of your solution and developed its architectural overview - which is often the outcome of an Architecture Concept workshop, it is time to create a fully elaborated architecture description or "blueprint" that can guide all future design and implementation work.

As part of the Architecture Blueprint, you'll work with a team of HP Services consultants, led by an enterprise or solution architect, to determine the essential unifying information about your solution, its construction and costs. The focus is on value and risk reduction, as you:

  • Establish an agreed-upon solution concept
  • Define, design and document all essential features of the solution
  • Create design and acceptance specifications, construction guidelines and related requirements
  • Analyze the feasibility of the solution
  • Plan the implementation of the solution
