Follow simple instructions to get your forms |

| 1. Press the Quick Forms button on your printer. |
| 3. Select the type of Quick Form you’d like to print by pressing OK. Follow the prompts on the menu to select any options that may be available. (The button in the lower-left is the “Back” button, which takes you to the previous screen.) |

| 2. Use the arrow keys to scroll down the menu that will appear on the screen. |
| 4. When you’re done, press OK again, and your chosen form will print out in seconds. |

| To print photos without a PC, either connect your camera directly to the PictBridge port, or insert a memory card into the appropriate slot. |
