By creating your business marketing materials in-house—with the help of the HP In-House Marketing Starter Kit—you can:

To use the HP Business Marketing Design CD, included in the HP In-House Marketing Starter Kit, you’ll need:
A PC with Microsoft Windows XP or Windows Vista
Microsoft Word 2002 or later, or Microsoft Publisher 2002 or later
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later, or other compatible browser
Internet connectivity for external links
Then just follow these simple steps to create your own business marketing materials:
Step 1: Insert your HP Business Marketing Design CD. If a dialogue box appears, select the "Run auto play.exe" option.
Step 3: After reading the license agreement, select "I agree to these terms.” Then click Continue.
Step 5: Here you will find a selection of business marketing templates. You can browse by media type or by professional category. For this example, choose Business & Retail from the menu on the left.
Step 7: To customize and print this template, select Download for Word or Download for Publisher—whichever program you prefer. A dialogue box will appear, asking, "Do you want to run or save this file?" Select Run
Select the destination folder where you wish to save your template.
Step 2: Select your language (English). If you recently purchased an HP product, you may want to register your product information. Otherwise, click Continue to skip this step.
Step 4: Select Start Designing Your Marketing Materials.
Step 6: Find our example, the Garden & Lawn Care brochure template. Then select Preview and Download.
Step 8: Go to the selected destination folder, and open the template file. From here you can customize the template with your own photos and text. Click on the sample copy to delete it, and insert your own. To insert a photo, select Insert > Picture > From File, and then select your photo from the file where it is stored.
Step 9: When you are finished customizing your materials, simply save and print. Experiment with different templates to build a collateral collection that best fits your business.
