Top techniques for saving money on ink and paper |

Manual duplexing. Save paper and money by printing on both sides of the page.
Print more than one page to a sheet. Most HP printers, such as the inexpensive HP Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One, can print more than one page on a single sheet of paper. Look for Layout or Pages Per Sheet in the printer dialog box (sometimes called 2-up, 4-up, or n-up printing). This feature will let you print 2 or 4 pages per sheet.
Draft quality. To save on ink for pages that don’t need to be of the highest quality, select Draft when choosing to print a document. |
