HP Open Source Middleware Stacks: Pre-tested solution Building Blocks and Blueprints plus Consulting Services for integrated open source software and Linux environments.

HP Open Source Middleware Stacks

HP Open Source Middleware Stacks (OSMS) is designed to help reduce Linux roll-out complexity and risk, accelerate deployment, and expedite integration with heterogeneous, multi-OS environments. It provides three convenient ways to adopt open source technology on HP platforms: supported Building Blocks of best-of-breed software components; functionally-specific do-it-yourself Blueprints of integrated middleware stacks supported by HP; and Consulting Services, for a services-led engagement towards fully customizable stacks of open source and commercial software.

You can choose from everything you need for a successful Linux implementation including:

  • Market-leading, standards-based platforms ranging from high value HP ProLiant servers, the integrated, consolidated infrastructure of HP BladeSystem, and top performing, highly scalable HP Integrity servers

  • Open source and commercial business application software from industry leading vendors like JBoss, BEA, MySQL, Oracle, and Symas

  • Single point of accountability plus a full range of services, consulting & integration, and global support options from HP's 6,500 open source and Linux-trained professionals
